Wellola, a leader in digital solutions for mental health and community care and Patients Know Best (PKB), the largest personal health record platform in the UK, are proud to announce their new partnership.  This exciting collaboration integrates Wellola's Portasana® care and communication solution into PKB enabling organisations to combine automated appointment booking with health record access. 

The integration of Wellola's innovative Portasana® Care & Communication system with Patients Know Best’s patient health record solution empowers healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care through a streamlined, unified platform. 

Initially, the partnership will support Community & Mental Health Advanced Booking FeaturesWith a single click, service users can access their Portasana® account to easily schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments all integrated within their existing PKB interface. 

As a personal health record provider, PKB enables patients to access their health data, systematically share information, co-create care plans and engage with their care teams.  Consolidating data from any healthcare provider into one record, alongside devices patient-contributed information, supports coordination amongst all parties involved in a service user’s journey.    

The new collaboration embeds depth of appointment management with the breadth of the PKB health record, all also accessible through the NHS App.
