Patients Know Best is tested against rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency which evaluates how our practices impact on our employees, our community, the environment and our customers.
Setting the gold standard for businesses
Companies must complete the full assessment annually and have their answers verified by B Lab. Honourees score in the top 10% of all B Corporation™, part of a global movement working to benefit people and the planet.
