1.2 million records available to access behind the Notts NHS App, and yours could be one
Since March 2020 Nottinghamshire residents have benefitted from being able to access their PKB record both via the web page, and within the NHS App. This allows citizens to access their GP and hospital data in one place, including letting you contribute your own data. There are many tools to track and manage your health including symptoms and measurement tracking, linking your devices and recording information in your care plan. PKB allows you to start managing your data, and sharing this with those who need it.
Nottinghamshire spent two years before choosing to partner with PKB listening to you their citizens to understand what digital services would improve your experience and interaction with health and care services.
